Operation Instruction of HEWER MultiSAFE Deburring Knives
The Hewer MultiSAFE 850 and 860 series of safety cutters are unique cutting tools in the market. In addition to the important design of safety cutters, the other functions those make the cutting and deburring works more efficient and effective.
The difference between operation of safety cutter in cutting anddeburring works
In general, the operation of safety cutters in cutting works is cut from the top to the bottom vertically, or cut towards the body. During the cutting process, the hand-arm-thumb system is lined in a straight line or close to the straight line. However, in the operation of safety cutter in deburring works, the cutters are moved in an opposite direction from the body horizontally and the hand-arm-thumb system is bent downwards slightly (ulnar abduction). The movement violates a principle of ergonomics and can cause joint and muscle strain and eventually, golf’s elbow.
How to operate a safety cutter in cutting and deburring properly
•The blade length can be adjusted to ideal in cutting / deburring work.
